APH: LITHY'S BIRTHDAY :D

So, this is really more of a PREVIEW for a stop-motion animation short film I just finished making based on the anime/manga series Hetalia!

My buddy Lithuania was rather nondescript in what he wanted for his birthday, so I decided to surprise him and make him a little clay-animation film! ^_^ I really, REALLY hope he likes it, because I'm DEAD. It's not very long or very good, but you'd be surprised at how long this thing took me! X'DD

I started by sculpting Russia and Lithy out of polymer clay. (They're really little, just a couple inches tall, so I couldn't be too detailed. ) After I set up the scenery and stuff, I took individual stills with my digital camera (oh god, there were HUNDEREDS!!! D'X) After I was done shooting, I spliced the photos together using Moviemaker. Shooting took me about 3 1/2 hours, and editing took me a long time, but setting up was probably the longest/hardest part. (In other words...LITHY HAD BETTER LIKE THIS OR I WILL BE SAD!!!!!! )

Anyway...I've never done stop-motion animation before (except for a few crappy ones when I was a little kid) and it was really interesting. ^^ I'd really like to do it again sometime...(a loooooong time from now...) Hope you enjoy! Thanks for watching!
